Letters from New Families

We wanted to share with you
some of the letters we have received from our customers and their new little
one(s)! We hope you enjoy them as much as we did! Thank you to all
of our families that get one of our babies, and give them such a wonderful and
loving home, that means the world to us! Thank you again!
I know...it's been like AGES - but we're the Poplin
Family in Mooresville, North Carolina. We adopted Jolly's Holly's
Female last year the 2nd week of December. We named her Molly.
Let me tell you....this (still tiny- 3lbs) puppy has
become the CENTER of our family! Wow- she's just so sweet...so
cute...so tiny...so playful....
She comes with me to our office every day and loves
to sit in my chair - she lays right beside my right leg - it's so
funny! Our UPS driver knows her by name and loves to come and pet
her!!!
She "found her voice" around April - and began to
bark to let us know when she saw a bird, squirrel, etc outside. She
went to the beach with us - we didn't let her on the beach because we
thought it would be to hot - but we walked her through the neighborhood
and she made "instant friends" wherever we went.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU - we just love her. I would
send a picture but I still cannot master the digital camera - but even
worse, when I get pictures (at Wal-green's) on a disc, I can't figure
out how to send them out to people on my computer...DUH?!
So, while I don't have a pic to send, just know how
much joy she has brought to our family!

Hello Casey. He is doing extremely well.
During part of the trip, he got to fly in the cockpit with the captain -
the captain owns French and English Bulldogs. As I picked up the puppy,
the captain said I should call him if I ever wanted to sell him - not a
chance of course! The puppy is everything I expected and more - I can't
believe the energy he has had after all the stress and flying. Thank you
very much - I should have written you earlier, but I have spent the day
bonding with my new puppy.

Greetings,
I bought a yorkie puppy from you last year and she is the star puppy of
Nebraska. She has the most incredible personality and everyone seems to
love her. She is, however, just a little bit on the ornery side and hard to
contain in a fenced yard, because she fits through the smallest of
openings!!!
I have a couple of friends looking for Yorkies and I told them that there
was only one place that I would buy them. Do you have any puppies available
or will you have any available in the future?
Thanks for your help. I will have to send you pictures when I get my
scanner working.
Tilly was chosen as Miss November for the local Humane Society's calendar.
She was quite the pin-up girl.
Have a good day.

Casey,
I wanted to let you know that I received Sissy this afternoon. In typical
woman fashion, she (well her plane) was 30 minutes late. But she arrived
healthy and frisky. I fell in love with her the first time I took her out
of her carrier. THank you.

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you again. Tanner has been great, the 15 hour car
ride home wasn't bad once we got to the highway. He got a little car sick
for the first 10 minutes, but he has been alot of fun. After about 5 days
his personality has come out, what a little fireball.
Anyway I just wanted to thank you and let you know that I am mailing the
puppy exam paperwork today so that our contract is complete.
Also you maybe hearing from one of my neighbors, they are heading to
Joplin in a week and they are thinking of getting a puppy.
I hope everything if well and thanks again it was really nice meeting you.

Casey,
So sorry it has taken me so long
to get these papers to you. As you can see we took "Turbo" to the vet
and he did great! Not scared or anything. His personality is really
coming out now and (so far) Ha! Ha! He is the perfect dog. Playful but at
the same time very loving. He really is doing great with the potty
training also. He has go the peeing part sown and he holds it, but the
other, well we are still working on that. Ha Ha!
I want to pass on all the great
praises the vet had to say about you! We had explained a little on how
you did about keeping them with their mom longer and not letting them go so
early. They thought that was great and said it was really better for
the dog. They couldn't get over the great job on the shots and stuff.
They said we really picked a good kennel. We already knew that but I
wanted to pass along the praises to you. They said they really hadn't
seen the great records you took and shot etc. in any other kennel that they
had seen pets from. So... I hope that brightens your day to know what
a great job you are doing.
He did have a parasite as you
will see on the vet receipt and we are treating it. They called it the
same thing you did when you said you were going to treat him for
it.(Coccidia) Anyway the vet said this one was stubborn and hard to
get rid of. Hopefully the continuation of the meds will get rid of it
soon.
Anyway, again we thank you and we
will send you a picture soon. Even our son has come around and now
wants me to bring him when I pick him up from soccer practice. We all
love him and can't wait to get home to see him.
Again Thank you!

Dear Casey,
Our new baby puppy arrived safely today and on time. She was anxious to get
out of her crate and explore, although a little frightened at first. It has
been about 5 hours since we picked up the baby at the airport and she has
warmed up to us well, she loves to hug and kiss just like you said. The true
pup in her has come out, she is very curious and likes to play. Thank you so
much for this little blessing.
Love,
The Kraemer Family
p.s.- we will be in touch.

Hi Casey,
I've wanted to write you a Thank You letter forever and I finally had
time to do it almost a YEAR later. I bought my puppy from you in February
of 2004 and I can tell you I could not have been happier than I am now. My
dog is the TALK of the neighborhood. We have a school near our home and the
kids wait by the gate when my dog "Nietzsche" goes for his daily walk so
they can say hi to him. I take this dog everywhere and everyone always asks
me where I got my dog and how they can get one. He is just the sweetest and
most adorable thing ever and when you said he had spunk and personality, you
weren't kidding! :) I was wondering if his mother, I believe it was Jonie
was going to have another litter soon. I was thinking of purchasing another
puppy so he can have a little playmate. Can you please get back to me
whenever you get a chance. I just want to thank you again for breeding such
wonderful, beautiful and social dogs. We have other Yorkies in our family
and they can't compare to the Yorkie I purchased from you.
Thank You kindly,
Shigi |
Hi Casey,
We thought you might enjoy seeing a few pictures of the two Maltese puppies
we purchased from you in July of last year. They are Bella (female) with
the baby doll face and JayJay (male) with the big black eyes. You might
remember they are brother and sister from the same litter.
They are now almost a year old! We've sure had fun with them. As you
might imagine they have become quite an integral part of our lives. They
have proven to be smart, inquisitive, playful and sweet. Bella is quite
outgoing and onto everyone's lap. JayJay is still a bit timid but very
sweet and gentle.
We take good care of them. They get brushed and combed every day. I
suppose the cut is neither puppy nor traditional. But it works for all of
us! We have (almost) box trained them. That has sure been an advantage in
this New England winter!
Hope you and yours are doing well. We still visit your website thinking of
a third Maltese puppy sometime. If we decide too you'll be hearing from
us!
Best regards,
Marlene and Jerry

Hi Casey and the Pin Oak Kennel Family
I wanted to send this email to you to let you know that
when my new puppy arrived at the airport and we met for the first time it
was absolutely glorious! I could not possibly have been happier. He is
just beautiful and everything you told me about him is true.
Thank you for the time you gave me when I had soooooo many
questions before buying him, you always seem to have time and that meant
alot. It was obvious that you cared about your animals ....not just wanted
to "sell" a puppy. No one should ever hesitate to trust you.
We have named him "Kramer" and will love and cheerish him.
Thank lil Dee for the blessing she gave us :-)
Take Care and Bless everyone at Pin Oak Kennels
